All Inclusive Rates
• Month to month contracts ($7,500 – $8,500 private rooms and $6,000 – $7,000 for companion rooms)
• Handicap and wheelchair accessibility
• 24-hour staff with at night awake care (8 hours shifts to help keep everyone full of energy)
• Quiet established neighborhoods
• On-call physicians
• Physical, speech and occupational therapy available
• Live in place hospice services available
• Private room with private half bathroom
• Companion rooms share bath with very private feel as bath is in between the two rooms)
• Engaging activities to stimulate and enrich inside

• Visiting professionals teaching and entertaining music and art classes
• Daily housekeeping and, as needed, laundry service
• Nutritionist approved – Three delicious home-cooked meals, special meal request
