At Applewood Our House, our five small residential assisted living communities in Denver (including locations in Lakewood, Arvada, Golden, Colorado), we offer many options of amenities with an inclusive price package. Each one of our homes has been carefully laid out and designed to meet the needs of you or your loved ones. Every home has an open floor plan. Our Homes promote engagement with families, residents, and Staff. Every home has a wonderful energy with a feeling of warmth, cleanliness, and Order.
Each Home Features the Following Services Regardless of Payment Plan:
All Inclusive Rates
- Memory Care Lighting and Music Solutions
- Month to month contracts ($7,800 – $8,800 private rooms and $6,500 – $7,500 for companion rooms)
- Handicap and wheelchair accessibility
- 24-hour staff with at night awake care (8 hours shifts to help keep everyone full of energy)
- Quiet established neighborhoods
- On-call physicians
- Physical, speech and occupational therapy available
- Live in place hospice services available
- Private room with private half bathroom
- Companion rooms share bath with very private feel as bath is in between the two rooms)
- Engaging activities to stimulate and enrich inside
- Outside events and outings with our bus (visit events page)
- Visiting professionals teaching and entertaining music and art classes
- Daily housekeeping and, as needed, laundry service
- Nutritionist approved – Three delicious home-cooked meals, special meal request
- Assistance in setting up transportation
- Room service for temporary illness
- Streaming individualized TV and music in each room.
- Protein-rich snacks, fruits, and vegetables
Included Services in Our All-Inclusive Pricing:
- Medication management, ordering, and administration (the resident will pay for medications)
- Complete assistance with dressing, bathing, and grooming

- Wi-Fi streaming of TV, music and house phone access
- Assistance setting up transportation and doctor’s appointments
- Daily activities, exercise class, and live music

- Three home-cooked meals daily plus as many snacks as desired
