When your family member lives in one of our homes, you want to stay close. The distance might be real, but your bond still matters. That’s why we offer Family Portals. Each of our five homes has its own private portal just for families.
They’re safe, easy to use, and designed to help you stay involved in your loved one’s care.
Here’s what you can do in each Family Portal:
- Make a Payment – Pay your bill online anytime. It’s simple and secure.
- Share a Request or Concern – Want to share a thought or ask about care? We’re here. You can send a message through the portal. Every note is read and passed along to the right person.
- Read Recent Messages – Missed a call or a meeting? The portal keeps track of updates and notes from our team so you can catch up when it works for you.
- Send a Thank You – If a team member has helped your loved one in a special way, you can send a thank-you message right through the portal. These messages mean a lot to our team members.
- Get the Newsletter – We post new photos and updates every month, so you can see what’s been happening and what your loved one’s been up to.
These portals are meant to be open. Come by anytime, whether you’re checking in or just want to feel nearby.
